15 new lenses from non-Western traditions: Confucian (Five Relationships), Sun Tzu (strategic assessment), Zen (fierce inquiry), Buddhist Theravada (dependent origination), Dharmic Hindu (Vedantic ethics + Arthashastra realism), Stoic (Roman Stoicism), Ibn Khaldun (asabiyyah cycles), Ubuntu (relational personhood), Maat (cosmic order), Gramsci (cultural hegemony), and Bandung (Global South decolonial analysis).

8 Cultural Tradition Clusters

Lenses organized into 8 tradition-based clusters: East Asian, South Asian, Greco-Roman, Western Modern, Islamic, African, Western Institutional, and Entertainment & Sports. Each cluster has color coding and chronological ordering.

Cultural Metadata on Every Lens

Every lens now includes cultural_tradition, era, geographic_origin, anachronism_risk, and source_confidence metadata. Displayed as metadata footers on lens cards throughout the site.

Entertainment & Sports Expansion

4 new entertainment/sports lenses: K-pop Industrial (cultural technology + parasocial economics), Bollywood (masala formula + izzat calculus), Global Football (relegation stakes + sportswashing audit), and Cricket Analytics (declaration timing + Commonwealth dynamics).
